% 04.02.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw the writ petition. At the same time, it is submitted that the Registrar, who may be approached for Reference under Section 70 of the Cooperative Societies Act, may be directed to decide the case expeditiously.
In case the petitioner approaches the Registrar raising a dispute within four weeks from today, the said official shall ensure that the said dispute is either referred or decided. In either case the final award shall be rendered within the time prescribed.
