% 06.09.2016 The report from the AIIMS has been received. From the report, it appears that the petitioner does not need immediate surgery. In view of the said report, it is directed that if and when the petitioner suffers from excessive bleeding, he shall be produced before the concerned doctor at AIIMS for his examination and opinion as to whether or not he needs surgery. In case, it is opined that the petitioner requires surgery, it shall be open to the petitioner move this court to seek parole. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
