Since the Court has appointed a sole Arbitrator today in Arbitration Petition No. 477 of 2014, it will be open to either party to seek appropriate interim reliefs before the learned sole Arbitrator in accordance with law. All the contentions of the parties are left open to be urged before the learned Arbitrator.
