% 08.08.2016 The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.8/2015 dated 10.02.2015, under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC, Police Station CAW Nanak Pura.

The ground for challenge of the FIR in question is on the basis of probability that there was no demand of dowry. The arguments advanced demonstrated in the present petition are on the basis of facts which cannot be the subject matter of petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. This Court does not find any ground which can be treated as the abuse to the process of law.
