O R D E R

% 29.01.2020 The petitioner is seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 16th May, 2007 of the trial court whereby the accused/respondent was acquitted for the charges under Sections 279/337/304-A IPC and leave petition was admitted on 8th February, 2010 by this Court. On 5th July, 2019, none appeared for the respondent - Ikram and bailable warrants had been issued against the respondent - Ikram for today i.e. 29.01.2020.

Bailable warrants of the respondent - Ikram has been executed through his son with the report that respondent - Ikram has expired on 23rd March, 2016. Copy of Death Certificate of respondent - Ikram is also annexed with the report of bailable warrants. In view of the above, the present proceedings against the respondent - Ikram stands abated and appeal is disposed of accordingly. BRIJESH SETHI, J JANUARY 29, 2020/savita
