% 19.07.2018 Issue notice. Ms. Nandita Rao, Advocate for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Mr.Satish Aggarwarl, Advocate for respondent no. 3 accept notice. It is the petitioner's case that action has been taken against him in contravention of law. Ms. Nandita Rao, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 4 states, upon instructions, that there is nothing on record to show that the State has yet taken any action in contravention of law. She submits that the petition is premature because no precipitate action has been taken till date; that in any case, the State is bound to take action only as per law, which it shall.

In view of the above, no further orders are required at this stage.

The petition is disposed-off with the direction that the respondents shall give due notice to the petitioner for proposed action for revocation of the Arms Licence, as per law and shall accord a personal hearing. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
