% 28.09.2016 The petitioner is present with his counsel. Respondent nos.3 and 4 are also present in person.

The petitioner states that respondent nos.3 and 4 do not treat him well, and are very abusive towards him. He apprehends that one day, they may even physically harm him or his son Dinesh Kumar, with whom the petitioner is residing on the second floor.

Admittedly, the petitioner is also spending his time during the day on the ground floor where Naresh Kumar is residing with his family. Respondent nos.3 and 4 have been counselled to behave themselves

with the petitioner. It has been explained to them that they are staying in the property only out of grace shown by the petitioner, since the property belongs to the petitioner exclusively. The petitioner has stated that despite the misbehaviour of respondent nos.3 and 4, he has not sought their eviction only on account of the fact that they are his children and he would not like his children and grandchildren to suffer.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the SHO PS Rani Bagh is directed to ensure that the petitioner does not come to any harm from respondent nos.3 and 4 or any other person. The mobile phone number of the area beat constable shall be provided to the petitioner today itself, and he shall be sensitised to receive the calls of the petitioner and respond urgently, if there is any issue raised by him.

The parties are also agreeable to explore mediation with a view to settle their issues. Accordingly, it is directed that the parties shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 03.10.2016 at 4:00 p.m. In the mediation, Mr. Dinesh Kumar, the son with whom the petitioner is residing shall also participate. The Centre is directed to nominate an experienced Mediator to attend to the case. In case settlement is reached, the same shall be filed before this court.
