O R D E R

% 20.08.2018 Counsel for appellant has handed over a copy of order of 21st April, 2018 of the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (henceforth referred to as the "Tribunal") which reveals that an amicable resolution was being explored and payment of Rupees Three Lacs in cash was made on the said date. However, last order records that opposite side had disputed that mediation was in progress and so, cost of Rupees Twenty Thousand was imposed upon appellant. Since Tribunal's order of 21st April, 2018 has been now shown to the Court, therefore, cost imposed vide last order stands waived.

Counsel for appellant has also handed over a certified copy of Tribunal's order of 17th July, 2018, which reveals that subject matter of this appeal already stands resolved between the parties. In view of above, this appeal and application are disposed of as infructuous.
