% 04.01.2017 By the present petition filed under section 24 of CPC the petitioner seeks consolidation/transfer of Suit No.103/2011 titled Kishore Kumar vs. Soma Devi. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the property which is subject matter of the two suits is same and is situated in West District, Delhi. Hence, it is urged that the Suit titled Kishore Kumar vs. Soma Devi pending in the court of Shri Vinay Singhal, ADJ, Central, Tis Hazari Courts may be transferred to be heard alongwith Suit No. 1234/2011titled Sanjay Kumar vs. Kishore Kumar pending in the court of Shri Kuldeep Narayan,ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions he has no objection to the present transfer petition and for transfer and consolidation of the suits to be heard by the appropriate court in West District.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. Suit No.103/2011 titled

Kishore Kumar vs. Soma Devi pending in the court of Shri Vinay Singhal, ADJ, Central, Tis Hazari Courts is ordered be transferred to be heard alongwith Suit No. 1234/2011 titled Sanjay Kumar vs. Kishore Kumar pending in the court of Shri Kuldeep Narayan,ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

List on 1.2.2017 before the court of Shri Kuldeep Narayan, ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
