% 12.10.2015 The petitioners have challenged the order dated July 31, 20135 • whereby the respondents have withdrawn the appointment of the petitioners as Anganwadi Workers.

V It is the case of the respondents that the selection has been made by the then CDPO without there being a selection through the process of Selection Committee consisting of various persons as its Members. During the course of submission, Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that the respondents are in the process of inviting applications for appointment of Anganwadi Worker, the petitioners can also apply for the said position, for which a communication shall be sent to the"

petitioners at the address given in the petition(s). Mr. R.K. Shukia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states, in view of the statement of Mr. Ghose, he does not press the reliefs as prayed for. Suffice to state, the statement of Mr.Ghose is taken on record. The writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J .
