% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of illegal and unauthorized construction going on in Second Floor of Block-III, Tribhuvan Complex, Ishwar Nagar Mathura Road. No action has been taken by the Statutory Body.

On advance notice, respondent no.1 has put in appearance. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are also represented. Respondent nos.4 and 5 are private persons. Their presence may not be required for disposal of this writ petition.

In view of the instructions obtained by respondent no.1 and which has been informed to this Court, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this property has already been booked under the

provisions of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and the demolition is has been fixed for 19.7.2016 i.e. tomorrow. His additional submission is that appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken. After the action is taken, the same be intimated to the petitioner.

Respondent no.2 is present. He will be bound by the undertaking of respondent no.1 and will ensure that adequate police assistance is provided at the time of demolition. No further order is called for in this petition. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
