% 23.08.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.157/2018 dated 15.05.2018 registered at PS Mianwali for the offence punishable under section 380/354B/34 IPC. It is not in dispute that pursuant to last order the petitioner has joined investigation and as stated by learned APP that investigation is almost complete and chargesheet would be filed within time. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is not required further investigation and the petitioner has deep roots in the society and there is no apprehension that the petitioner will evade trial of the case. Accordingly, petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on his furnishing bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
