Mr. Utsav Mujkherjee, counsel for Plaintiff, states that no relief is being pressed against Defendant No. 3 who is only a proforma party. As regards Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, it is pointed that the parties have settled their disputes through Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023.

Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Board Resolutions in favour of authorised representative of Plaintiff and Defendant No.2, as well as authorisation letter dated 10th September 2023 in favour of representative of Defendant No.1. 3.
Counsel for the parties, mentioned in the appearance, above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 5.
Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 6.
In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favor of the Plaintiff.
