% 11.04.2017 Respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Nitesh PS Patel Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner no.1 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 7th December, 2015 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that her marriage with petitioner no.1 has already been dissolved by decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 3rd November, 2016 passed by Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. She further submits that entire settled amount has been received by her. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed against all the petitioners.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the respondent no.2 and petitioner no.1, in the interest of justice, FIR No.515/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 registered at police station Patel Nagar is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
