% 12.08.2016 Crl.M.A. 12594/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 1656/2016 & Crl.M.B. 1483/2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 225/2016 under Section 324/34 IPC registered at PS Rajinder Nagar. Though when the FIR was registered, Section 395/397 were not invoked however on supplementary statement of the complainant recorded on 8th June, 2016 Sections 395/397 have been invoked during investigation. Learned APP for the State has taken me through the FIR and the MLC of the complainant.

The allegations of the complainant are that when he was passing behind the fire station four boys who were living in his neighbourhood were BAIL APPLN. 1656/2016

standing and they demanded money from him. When the complainant refused to give money, the petitioner, Sunil and Amit caught hold of him and Prakash attacked on his shoulder with the blade. Thereafter Lalit gave him danda blows. When some people gathered, they escaped. In the supplementary statement the complainant has spoken about the removal of cash and voter ID card from his pocket.

A perusal of the MLC reveals that the complainant received four incised wounds besides two bruises.

Considering the allegations in the FIR this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Petition and application are dismissed.
