% 27.11.2018 The learned proxy counsel submits upon instructions that the petitioners could not contact their counsel.

Be that as it may, Ms.Vohra, the learned counsel for the State, has handed over a Status Report, signed by the ACP, DIU, North-East District, Delhi, to the effect that in the seven cases, related to the alleged incident dated 12.04.2017, chargesheets have been filed in 6 cases, whereas in FIR No. 487/18 dated 25.06.2018, registered under sections 344/308/506/324/34 IPC read with sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station New Usmanpur, Delhi, investigations are still underway.

The Court would note that investigations of the aforesaid cases have already been transferred from Police Station New Usmanpur to DIU, NorthEast District and after investigations, chargesheets have been filed and investigations in only one FIR, mentioned above, remains to be concluded. In the circumstances, no further orders are required. The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
