% 16.04.2018 The present case has been listed before this Court in pursuance to order dated 19th March, 2018 passed by the learned Joint Registrar. In the said order, the Joint Registrar has noted that the petitioner has not taken any steps for summoning the witnesses. None is present for the petitioner.

A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that even on the last two dates, none had appeared for the petitioner. Consequently, the present petition as well the application is dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution.
