% 20.07.2018 The matter is taken up on an office note dated 16.07.2018 of the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi with reference to minutes dated 16.10.2017 of the Hon'ble Administrative General Supervision Committee of this Court to the effect:- "that earlier resolution of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee held on 28.09.2015 regarding item no.8 authorising Principal Judge (Headquarters), Family Courts, Dwarka to consider the request for transfer of the cases from the Family Court Judges on their recusal to hear the cases and to assign the same to another Family Court in the same District or in the nearest District, as he/she deems fit, is recalled."

Vide proceedings dated 11.07.2018 of the learned District & Sessions Judge, East, i.e., RCT East, it has also been observed to the

effect that the tenanted premises in question are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of the District Shahdara and the RCT East thus, has the territorial jurisdiction to hear the appeal. In view of the tenanted premises being situated at A-33/2, Krishna Nagar, Extension Delhi falling within the jurisdiction of District Shahdara, proceedings of RCT No.35/17 pending before the RCT East, i.e., the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, East are withdrawn from the said learned Court and assigned to the RCT, Shahdara, i.e, the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, the proceedings of the present appeal be placed on the date 06.08.2018 at 2.30 PM and the parties are also directed to appear before the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara.
