% 18.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the Award which has been passed in favour of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.12,79,630/-. The said Award has been challenged by both the parties i.e. petitioner and respondent. The respondent has challenged the said Award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which is pending before the Court of Mr.Sunil Chaudhary, ADJ-12, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi being Arb. No.28/2015 titled as Hindustan Prefab Ltd. v.Makhijani Construction Company. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein submits that petitioner has no objection if the present petition may also be transferred before the same Court, so that, the objection filed by both the parties may be decided by common order. He says that admittedly the specified valuation at present is less than Rs.1 crore. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same. Under these circumstances, with the consent of both

the parties, the present matter is transferred to the Court of Mr.Sunil Chaudhary, ADJ-12, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 11th March, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
