The present application has been filed by the respondent No.1 seeking extension of time to make compliances of the order dated 01.08.2016. 2.

Vide order dated 01.08.2016, the respondent No.1 was directed to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within eight weeks under intimation to him.

Ms. Takiar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that a decision was taken on 19.10.2016 and it has been communicated to the petitioner yesterday and therefore, she does not wish to press the present application.

Counsel for the petitioner confirms the fact that her client has received a copy of the decision taken by the respondent No.1. 5.
