% 17.03.2017 Despite pass over, none has appeared for the petitioner. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek fair investigation in the case FIR 7/2015 dated 03.01.2015 registered at PS Moti Nagar. The status report has been filed.

The status report discloses that the charge sheet has been filed on 22.12.2016 under Section 448/323/506/34 IPC against five accused persons and the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 12.04.2017. It also discloses that a vigilance inquiry was conducted and on the basis of findings of the said inquiry, a department inquiry has been ordered against Insp. Ajay Kumar, the then SHO Moti Nagar, SI Akhleshwar Prasad Suman, the initial I.O. of the case and ASI Anoop Singh, who had attended the PCR call on

13.12.2014 for committing various lapses in discharge of their official duties and for not taking a proper and unbiased action. It is hoped that the said inquiry shall be taken to its logical conclusion so that a message is sent to the entire police force. Since the charge sheet already stands filed in the case, no further orders are required for in this petition.
