The petitioner present in Court undertakes to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of House No.E-2, Pocket A, INA Colony, New Delhi to the Airport Director, Safdarjung Airport on or before 15th July, 2017. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. 2.

This writ petition and pending application are disposed of in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner.

The respondents shall withhold the coercive action against the petitioner till 15th July, 2017. However, in the event of the failure of the petitioner to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the Airport Director, Safdarjung Airport on or before 15th July, 2017, the respondents would be at liberty to take over the possession in accordance with law and in that event, the petitioner would be liable for the consequences of the violation of the undertaking given to this Court today. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
