In view of the loose and laconic pleadings in the petition and keeping in view the fact that as per the FIR lodged participation of the accused is not collective from the very inception of the acts; as per the FIR different accused entered the scene at the different time and role of each not being highlighted in the pleadings counsel, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a proper petition indicating the grievance of the petitioner qua the persons named as accused in respect of whom the grievance is of either a charge not being framed or an imperfect charge being framed. 2.

Granting liberty as prayed the petition is dismissed as not pressed. PRADEEP NANDRAJOG, J.
