% 20.07.2018 The prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to conduct the re-test of the petitioner with the faultless computer system/ laptop.

On the contrary, it has been submitted by the counsel for the respondent that the selection process has already been finalised and representation of the petitioner had been rejected. Copy of the same supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition and pending applications are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move fresh.
