O R D E R

% 20.07.2018 I.A. No.9428/2018 This is a joint application filed by the parties to seek extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceedings. The averments made in the application are suggestive of the fact that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 20.03.2017.

Furthermore, I am informed that final arguments in the matter have commenced w.e.f. 14.07.2018. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the record is voluminous and, therefore, time be extended for concluding the arbitration proceedings by another six months. It is stated by the learned counsel that in the usual course, time for concluding arbitration proceedings will expire on 20.09.2018. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 162/2018

Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, time for pronouncing and publishing the Award is extended till 31.03.2019.
