% 02.02.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company has handed over a Demand Draft bearing No.508858 dated 05.07.2016 drawn on Corporation Bank, Greater Kailash, New Delhi in favour of AKMDS Filling Station in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/-, towards full and final settlement of all the unpaid outstanding liability qua the petitioner. The petitioner has accepted the same, subject to encashment.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted.
