The present appeal has been placed before the Court by the Registry, pointing out a typographical error in the first sentence of para 1 of the order dated 10.11.2016, wherein the order passed on 05.10.2016 has been referred to as one passed on 15.10.2016.

Correction in the said order is directed. The date mentioned in the first sentence of para 1 of the order dated 10.11.2016, shall be read as "05.10.2016" instead of "15.10.2016".

This order shall be read as a part and parcel of the order dated 10.11.2016.
