% 02.08.2018 The Court has considered the submissions of the applicants and

the documents and prima facie is of the opinion that this is a fit case for initiating contempt proceedings for wilful disobedience of the Court's orders against the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Issue notice to Mr. Jayadev Sarangi, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Delhi, returnable on 9th August, 2018, who shall be present in the Court alongwith the necessary original records including the copies of the judgments and the directions of the Court in respect of the subject matter, on 9th August, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. Mr. V.K. Tandon, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the notice would be duly served upon Mr. Jayadev Sarangi. Mr.Amjad Tak, Link Officer [District Magistrate (South)] is present.
