By the application at hand moved jointly by the petitioners under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC, a prayer is made for dismissal of the present petition, referring in this context to a memorandum of understanding (MOU) entered upon by the family on 08.10.2016 settling all the disputes voluntarily. The application is supported by affidavits of the petitioners. Petitioners no.1 and 2 on their behalf and on behalf of other petitioners and the private respondents no.2 and 3 on their behalf and on behalf of other respondents are present in person. 2.

In this view, the prayer made in the application is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
