1. Counsel for the Respondent states that due to some labour unrest at the site, the earlier order dated 8th November, 2016 could not be complied with. He states that Respondent No. 1 will bring the documents to Delhi and furnish them to the Petitioner.

2. It is stated that once the documents are reconciled, the material of the respective parties will be handed over in Delhi itself.

3. The above steps be completed within a period of four weeks from today. If there is any difficulty in carrying out the said directions, the parties are free to seek further interim reliefs in the arbitral proceedings in accordance with law.
