O R D E R

% 18.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that role of stabbing the deceased has not been assigned to the petitioner. Role of stabbing has been assigned to co-accused Vicky Takkar. Petitioner is in custody for the last 31⁄2 years. Co-accused Vikas Kumar and Sunny @ Lulla, whose role is akin to the petitioner, have already been admitted to bail. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
