% 13.07.2015 In view of the judgment in the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.7400/2012 in Union of India vs. Maj. Gen. Srikant Sharma dated 11.03.2015, this court holds that the present writ petition is not maintainable. It is open to the writ petitioner to seek appropriate remedies. Learned counsel submits that an application for clarification is pending before the Supreme Court. In the event that the Court clarifies that such writ petitions are maintainable, it is open to the Petitioner to seek revival of the present proceedings by way of a suitable application.
