The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.195/2012 registered under Sections 302/120B/34 IPC & Sections 25/27 Arms Act at PS Narela. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2012. Status report reveals that co-accused Dinesh, Sachin, Vicky, Jitender and Ashwani have already granted regular bail.

Out of 28 witnesses, 18 witnesses have since been examined.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role assigned to the petitioner, he is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
