This order is in continuation of yesterday‟s order. 2.

The counsel for all the three defendants states that the defendants have no objection to a decree for permanent injunction in terms of prayer paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (f) of the plaint being passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants. It is further stated that the plaintiff has agreed to give up the other reliefs.

The counsel for the plaintiff does not press for other reliefs. 4.

A decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the three defendants in terms of prayer paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (f) of the plaint, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be prepared.

In view of aforesaid, the cost imposed yesterday on the defendants are waived.
