No.7175/2016 (for recalling the order dated 1st March, 2016, by respondents) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that so far the fee of the Arbitrator has not been paid by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the petitioner to file the application before the Arbitrator under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In case any application is filed, the same will be dealt by the Arbitrator as per its own merits.

As far as the present application is concerned, I do not find any merits in the application. The same is dismissed.
