% 21.07.2017 By way of these petitions, petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR Nos: (a) 484/2014 under section 323/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station-Farsh Bazar, Shahadra, Delhi , on the complaint of respondent no.2 ,and (b) 528/2014, under section 323/324/506/34 IPC registered at PS Farsh Bazar Shahadra, Delhi on the complaint of By:AMULYA

respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioner no.4 (Babu @ Satya Prakash) in Crl.M.C. 3377/2016 has died on 24.04.2017. Photocopy of the death certificate has been placed on record.

Accused persons and complainants in both these petitions are neighbours. A quarrel 'took place between them on a trivial issue which led to the registration of the aforesaid FIRs. It is submitted that ^ accused persons and complainants have settled their disputes amicably therefore both the FIRs may be quashed. Complainants Trilok and Ms. Preeti are present in Court along with their counsels. They have been identified by SI Vijay Kumar Balian of PS FarsH Vihar. They submit that they have settled the matters with the accused persons of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the aforesaid FIRs any further and the same may be quashed.

it Keeping in mind that the complaints and accused persons are neighbours and they have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of Justice, the aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed!

Petitions are disposed of.
