% 24.08.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated representations to the Government there has been no substantive response from the latter. He submits that this writ petition may be treated as a representation to the Government and the latter be directed to address the petitioner‟s grievance within a time bound manner. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has no objection to this request. Accordingly, this petition shall be treated by the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as the petitioner‟s representation, on which the Government will consider and convey its decision within four weeks from today by way of a speaking order.
