IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ BAIL APPLN. 1796/2018 ARMAN ..... Petitioner Through:
Mr. Ajay Verma, Advocate with Ms. Sudha Reddy, Adv.
versus STATE ..... Respondent Through:
Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for the State SI Neeraj Kumar, PS S.B.Dairy.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 31.07.2018 The petitioner is facing trial on the charge, inter alia, for offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and Sections 27 of the Arms Act. The offence of murder was statedly committed by using fire arm. The evidence against the petitioner includes that of last seen, he having fled away from the spot upon being cited by PW-6. It is noted that he is also facing trial in another case FIR No.710/2015 under Sections 392/395/397/457/506/34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Shakarpur.
Taking note of all these facts, the Sessions court has declined to release him on bail pending trial by order dated 31.01.2018. The view taken by the Sessions court being correct, this court finds no good reason to opine otherwise.
The petition is dismissed.
