This is petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short "1996 Act"). 2.
The record shows that the petitioner has appointed its nominee arbitrator, one, Mr. Anil Kumar Sachan, Executive Director (retired), ONGC.

Mr. Chaudhary, who, appears for the respondent has indicated that so far as the respondent is concerned, its nominee arbitrator would be one, Mr. Narender Kumar, (retired) CE/NR/IRSE.

Counsel for both the parties agree that Mr. V.B. Gupta, former Judge of this Court (Mob. No.9871300039) can act as the presiding arbitrator. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the arbitral tribunal will comprise of the above named persons. ARB.P. 521/2018 Pg.1 of 2

Counsel for the parties also agree that the arbitral tribunal will be paid fee as per the Schedule-IV appended to the 1996 Act. 7.
