% 15.05.2017 After some haring, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the petition at hand seeking liberty to agitate the contentions urged here in the proceedings before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate, particularly at the stage of consideration of charge, also praying for liberty to be granted for moving an application under Section 91 Cr. PC to call for the record of the departmental inquiry against the first informant (SI Kuldeep Singh) which was conducted pursuant to the complaints of the petitioners. The learned additional standing counsel for the State on being asked submits that he has nothing to say on the liberty as is being sought.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
