% 23.11.2017 This suit is filed by the plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction to restrain the defendants etc. from using the trademarks INDO RED BULLS and Double Bull Device or such other mark or device which are deceptively or confusingly similar to the trademarks and device of the plaintiff. Other connected reliefs are also sought. Defendant is served.

Defendant was proceeded ex-parte on 16.07.2015.

No written statement has been filed. Thereafter, the plaintiff has also filed ex-parte evidence.

Keeping in view the above that defendant was not appeared nor filed any written statement, a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of the prayer para 102(a), (b) and (d) of the plaint. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to cost. The suit stands disposed of as above.
