% 11.04.2017 Petitioner is nephew of respondent nos. 2 to 4. A dispute arose between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 regarding property bearing Khasra No. 55/3, Block A, Gopal Nagar, Village Mittraon, Najafgarh, which led to registration of present FIR No.

185/13 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC against the petitioner at police station Baba Haridass Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 16th March, 2017, therefore, present FIR may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sunder Singh of police

station Baba Haridass Nagar.

These private respondents submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

They admit having received the entire settled amount. They further submit that they do not wish to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and private respondents, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 185/13 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at police station Baba Haridass Nagar, which is at the investigation state, is quashed. Writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
