BAIL APPLN. 1436/2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.228/2016 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS Amar Colony, New Delhi.

The petitioner had earlier filed an application before this Court seeking anticipatory bail which was dismissed by this Court vide reasoned order dated 17th May, 2016. The new ground urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the other co-accused and that one co-accused has been granted interim protection for the reason as per the CCTV footage his presence was BAIL APPLN. 1436/2016

not found to be at the spot. The application of the co-accused Gulab Chand is still pending considering.

As far as the petitioner is concerned her role has been described by Sunil Kumar, the son of the deceased who stated that when he tried to save his mother, the petitioner Manorama @ Munni and Pradeep pushed him away.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it to be a fit to entertain the second application seeking anticipatory bail. Petition is dismissed.
