FAO(OS) 217/2016 & CM 26086/2016(stay) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The impugned order is set aside. One last opportunity is granted to the appellants/defendants to lead their evidence before the Local Commissioner.

For this purpose, they shall appear before the Local Commissioner on 09.08.2016 at 2:30 pm.

However, the appellants shall pay costs of Rs 50,000/- to the respondents which shall be paid on or before 09.08.2016. The appeal stands disposed of.
