% 02.09.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.464/2014 under Section 307 IPC registered at PS Narela. As per the allegations of the injured Sher Khan on 20th June, 2016 at about 3.30 PM when he was flying the kite in front of the house of the petitioner he started abusing him. Thereafter the petitioner went away and came after some time and again abused the injured and threatened him. Thereafter he attacked him on the neck and the stomach by a knife. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot.

The injured was discharged from the hospital on the same day i.e. 20th June, 2016 and the injuries have been opined to be simple in nature. Charge-sheet has already been filed.

Considering the facts of the case, that the investigation is complete and the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation, I deem it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that he will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
