% 23.08.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 are neighbours.
A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 2334/2015 under Sections 354/506/509 IPC registered at police station Mehrauli on the complaint of respondent no.2. With the intervention of common friends and family members, petitioner and respondent no.2 have resolved their disputes amicably on 17th July, 2018.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Bansi Lal of police station Mehrauli.
She admits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she says that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 2334/2015 under Sections 354/506/509 IPC registered at police station Mehrauli is quashed against the petitioners.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
