% 29.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized and illegal construction being permitted in property bearing No.H-8, Gali No.15, Jagatpuri, Parwana Road, Krishna Nagar, Delhi as a result of which certain cracks have been developed in the property of the petitioner. On advance notice, learned counsels for the respondent nos.1, 3 and 5 have put in appearance.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that deviation has noted in the property and show cause notice has in fact been issued to the private respondent (respondent no.4) on 08.7.2016. All actions as are permitted under the law shall be taken by the respondent no.1. Copy of the action taken shall be furnished to the petitioner.

No further order is called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
