% 04.03.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel submits that he wants to withdraw the applications stating that he presses only for release of the balance twenty percent (20%) which is still lying pending in terms of the order dated 19.11.2013.

Since the appeal of the insurance company was dismissed on 09.03.2015, the balance has to be released to the claimants. The Registrar General shall release the said amount accordingly. The applications are disposed of with above observations. R.K.GAUBA, J MARCH 04, 2016/ssc
