% 13.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that before the Arbitral Tribunal, the matter is now coming up on 20th, 21st & 23rd May, 2016 for final disposal.

It is agreed that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitral Tribunal. Ordered accordingly. The petitioner to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitral Tribunal. As also agreed, the interim order granted on 8th April, 2015 to continue till the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitral Tribunal. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
