% 02.11.2016 CM No.40287/2016 & W.P.(C) 7748/2013 This application seeks disposal of the case in terms of the amicable settlement of the lis between the parties arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 18.10.2016. The application has been signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel. It is also supported by their affidavits. The Deed of Settlement dated 18.10.2016 is attached to the application, according to which the respondent has to pay an amount of Rs.2,30,000/- to the petitioner.
A Demand Draft bearing No.855320 dated 18.10.2016 for Rs.2,30,000/- drawn on Punjab & Sind Bank in favour of the petitioner has been handed over to the petitioner, who is present in Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that no lis survives and the petition be disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement. Accordingly, the writ petition alongwith pending application stands
disposed off as having been settled in terms of the aforesaid Deed of Settlement.
